Our commitment
Integrity of Heart LLC ("IOH," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the information that may be collected through integrityofheart.org, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you submit a contact form, email us, or call us, we may receive information such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, inquiry type, and the message or other details you choose to share.
Please do not submit highly sensitive medical, financial, legal, or identification information through the website contact form.
Free guide requests and optional emails
When you request 21 Days of Honest Reflection, we collect your email address, optional first name, and your choice about future IOH emails. We use these details to provide the resource and maintain your request. Occasional reflections and program updates require the separate optional signup choice. You may unsubscribe from those emails at any time. Your written reflections stay in your own copy; this website does not collect them.
