Information you provide
When you submit a contact form, email us, or call us, we may receive information such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, inquiry type, and the message or other details you choose to share.
Please do not submit highly sensitive medical, financial, legal, or identification information through the website contact form.
The Next Chapter interest form
The interest form sends your contact details, individual or organization choice, and optional message to Wix Forms for IOH to review and respond to your inquiry. It does not enroll you, reserve a place, request payment, or sign you up for marketing emails. Please keep diagnoses, treatment histories, and other sensitive details out of your message.
Free guide requests and optional emails
When you request 21 Days of Honest Reflection, we collect your email address, optional first name, and your choice about future IOH emails. We use these details to provide the resource and maintain your request. Occasional reflections and program updates require the separate optional signup choice. You may unsubscribe from those emails at any time. Your written reflections stay in your own copy; this website does not collect them.
Information collected automatically
Our website and hosting providers may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as device and browser information, IP address, access times, referring pages, and essential cookie or session data. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added, this policy and any required cookie choices will be updated.
How information is used
