What is Integrity of Heart?
Integrity of Heart is a personal-growth and transformational community centered on honest reflection, accountability, spiritual growth, and meaningful connection. Our broader life-support mission includes grief, loneliness, life transitions, rebuilding relationships, spiritual disconnection, aging, and community-resource navigation.
Who is IOH for?
IOH welcomes adults across backgrounds and seasons of life, including those living with grief or loneliness, navigating change and aging, rebuilding relationships, seeking spiritual connection, or wondering where to turn for community resources. You do not need a recovery history or a particular faith affiliation to connect.
Is IOH a religious organization?
IOH is spiritually grounded but not denominational. People from different faith traditions—as well as those still exploring what spirituality means to them—are welcome.
Is Integrity of Heart a recovery program?
No. IOH is a nonclinical personal-growth community. We don't replace the communities that are already helping you. We help you strengthen the rest of your life. IOH does not replace AA, NA, therapy, churches, treatment programs, or established support communities. People in recovery are welcome within our broader community.
What programs are available now?
Our free reflection library offers four short resources with downloadable worksheets: One small next step, Making room for connection, Moving through change, and Relationships with care. No signup is required.
You can also explore IOH’s focus areas or contact us about connection, speaking inquiries, and potential partnerships. Workshops, courses, and events are still in development. Details will be shared when ready; contacting IOH does not enroll you in a program or guarantee a service.
How can an organization work with Beverly or IOH?
Community and aging organizations, faith communities, conference hosts, treatment programs, and other aligned groups may inquire about speaking and potential collaborations. Share your audience and goals through the contact page. Topics, formats, and availability are confirmed through conversation; these examples do not imply existing partnerships.
