Integrity of Heart is a personal growth and transformational community for people ready to live with greater honesty, courage, and intention.
We believe meaningful change begins with a willingness to look inward—to recognize old patterns, tell the truth about what is no longer working, and choose a more wholehearted way forward. Through honest self-examination, healing, accountability, and spiritually grounded growth, IOH offers space for people to reconnect with what matters most.
Who we welcome
Our community welcomes adults navigating change, rebuilding after difficult seasons, seeking spiritual depth, or simply wanting to live more truthfully. People touched by recovery or sobriety are welcome as part of this broad community, but no single life experience defines the doorway into Integrity of Heart.

We don't replace the communities that are already helping you. We help you strengthen the rest of your life.
Our broader life-support mission includes grief, loneliness, life transitions, rebuilding relationships, spiritual disconnection, aging, and community-resource navigation. IOH is nonclinical and works alongside AA, NA, therapy, churches, treatment programs, and established support communities.
We begin with connection and conversation about your needs and what is currently available. Specific resources and programs are introduced as they become ready.
