Alongside your existing support
IOH supports the broader life around grief, loneliness, transitions, relationships, spiritual disconnection, aging, and community-resource needs. We do not replace AA, NA, therapy, churches, treatment programs, or established support communities. Continue working with the communities and professionals that are helping you.
